What is construction cleaning?
Construction cleaning is the clean done after the trades have finished, so a new build or renovation is ready for handover or moving in. It is also called a builders clean, after builders cleaning or end of build clean. It removes the fine dust and residue left on every surface, in vents and in window tracks. At Enzo Cleaning it is built on our deep clean, priced from $105 per hour plus GST, and you see your price before you book.

When to book your construction clean
Book it after all trades have finished and before furniture goes back in or the handover inspection. Give us your handover date when you book, and tell us how we get in, such as a lockbox or key handover. You do not need to be on site.
