Monthly house cleaning is a full reset of the home once every four weeks, light-touch maintenance for smaller, low-traffic households. At Enzo Cleaning it is $50 per hour plus GST, with 5% off every visit and no lock-in contract.
Best for singles and couples, low-traffic homes, or anyone using monthly as a baseline and topping up with a once-off or deep clean before guests or a big event.
When monthly cleaning is enough, and when it is not
Monthly works well if
You live alone or as a couple, work most days away from home, and mainly need the deeper areas (bathroom, kitchen, floors) kept in check rather than daily tidying.
Consider fortnightly instead if
You have kids, pets, host regularly, or prefer never seeing more than two weeks of build-up. See fortnightly cleaning or weekly cleaning.
A four-week gap means more build-up than weekly or fortnightly. If your home sees heavy daily use, a monthly visit may need to work harder to catch up each time. We would rather tell you that upfront than have your first monthly clean feel disappointing.
