Respectful, consistent support

NDIS cleaning services in Perth that fit your plan, not the other way around

Eco-Friendly Products

NDIS cleaning in Perth is household cleaning for NDIS participants, booked with self-managed or plan-managed funding. Enzo Cleaning is a small Perth-owned NDIS cleaning service with police-checked, insured cleaners who work around your routine and your support workers, from $50 per hour plus GST. We are not a registered NDIS provider, and we do not provide NDIA-managed services.

For NDIS participants, letting someone into your home for household tasks assistance is different from booking a regular clean — it needs to be someone you can trust, someone who shows up when they say they will, and someone who works around your routine rather than disrupting it. We also use biodegradable, non-toxic products throughout, which matters more here than most places — no strong fumes or harsh residue left behind.

Who can book

Who can book NDIS cleaning, and how to book it in Perth

You can book our NDIS cleaning service if your plan is self-managed or plan-managed and household cleaning is funded in your plan. Participants whose plan is NDIA-managed (agency-managed) cannot book with us, because we are not a registered NDIS provider. Whether cleaning can be claimed depends on your individual plan, so check with your plan manager or support coordinator first.

1. Check your plan

Ask your plan manager or support coordinator whether household cleaning is funded in your plan and how it is managed.

2. Get your price

Use the price tool below to pick your home size, or book by the hour. NDIS cleaning is $50 per hour plus GST.

3. Book and tell us how you pay

Mention in your booking notes whether you are self-managed or plan-managed. For plan-managed participants we invoice through your plan manager.

What it looks like

A sample NDIS cleaning schedule, and where we work

Here is an example of how a recurring NDIS cleaning booking can work: a fortnightly visit on a weekday morning, timed after your support worker has finished, with the same cleaner where possible. For a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that is about 2.5 hours, or $125 plus GST ($137.50) per clean. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly and once-off visits are all available, and you can change or cancel at any time.

Why the products matter here

Non-hazardous, on purpose

Sensitivities and allergies come up more in NDIS bookings than in a typical clean, so every visit uses biodegradable, non-toxic products by default — no strong fumes, no harsh residue, nothing to request as a special case.

Common questions

NDIS cleaning in Perth: frequently asked questions

Can I get a cleaner through NDIS?
Yes, if household cleaning is funded in your plan, you can book a cleaner using self-managed or plan-managed funding. We are not currently a registered NDIS provider, so we work with self-managed and plan-managed participants only, and we are happy to invoice through your plan manager. We do not provide NDIA-managed (agency-managed) NDIS services, so if your plan requires a registered provider we may not be the right fit.
Does NDIS cover cleaning?
It can, but it depends on your individual plan, because the NDIS does not fund cleaning automatically. Household cleaning may be covered where it relates to your disability support needs and is included in your plan. Check with your plan manager, support coordinator or the NDIA before you book, and tell us how your plan is managed so we can invoice correctly.
Will the NDIS pay for cleaning services?
Only if your plan includes funding for household tasks, and then it pays through your plan manager or your own self-managed funds. The NDIS does not pay for cleaning automatically, so check your plan first. We do not provide NDIA-managed services, so we cannot be paid directly by the NDIA.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Not currently. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. If your plan requires a registered provider specifically, we're honestly not the right fit yet — happy to point you toward that requirement if you're not sure which category you fall under.
Do I need to provide proof of my plan?
No formal proof is required to book — if you're plan-managed and want us to invoice your plan manager directly, just let us know their details in your booking notes.
Can a support worker or family member book on my behalf?
Yes, this is common — just use their contact details when booking and note that you're booking on behalf of the participant.
Can I request the same cleaner every visit?
We aim to assign the same cleaner to recurring NDIS bookings wherever possible, since routine and familiarity matter more here than for a typical clean. Let us know if this is important to you when you book.
Are the products you use safe for sensitivities and allergies?
Yes — every visit uses biodegradable, non-hazardous products with no strong fumes, which matters more for NDIS participants than most cleaning jobs. If you have a specific sensitivity or product to avoid, mention it in your booking notes.
How much does NDIS cleaning cost?
Our NDIS cleaning is $50 per hour plus GST on weekdays, with a small weekend surcharge. For example, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home taking about 2.5 hours is $125 plus GST ($137.50). What your plan will pay depends on your funding.
What does an NDIS house cleaner clean?
Our NDIS cleaners clean the kitchen, bathroom and living areas to a standard checklist, and the scope can be adjusted to your plan and routine. Visits can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or once-off, and can be scheduled around support workers.
Does NDIS cover carpet cleaning?
Whether carpet cleaning can be funded depends on your individual plan and what your planner or plan manager approves. We offer carpet steam cleaning as an add-on ($60 per bedroom, $90 per living area plus GST) for self-managed and plan-managed participants.
