What does end of lease cleaning include?
End of lease cleaning covers the whole property room by room to a bond-back standard, so the areas your agent inspects are all done. That includes the rangehood and stovetop, inside cupboards and drawers, bathroom tiles, grout and shower screens, wardrobes, skirting boards, light switches, window glass and tracks, and floors. How long does an end of lease clean take?
Allow roughly 5 hours of cleaning time for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit and around 7 hours for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with larger homes taking up to 9 or 10 hours. These are estimates based on property size, and a dirtier or furnished property can take longer.
