Post renovation cleaning is a top-to-bottom clean after building work, to remove the fine dust and residue the trades leave behind so your home is ready to live in. It is also called after builders cleaning or after build cleaning. At Enzo Cleaning it is built on our deep clean with extra attention to dust, priced from $105 per hour plus GST, and you see your price before you book.

Have the trades finish first, so dust does not return. A little preparation helps us do a better job.
- Remove bulk rubbish and heavy debris.
- Leave water and power on if possible.
- Tell us if there is paint, plaster or adhesive residue, as we clean dust and residue, not remove construction materials.
- Tell us how we get in, such as a lockbox or key handover. You do not need to be home.
