Which booking method is right for me?
Our calculator lets you book two ways — pick whichever fits how you think about the job.
Priced by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you select. This is the simplest option for a standard home clean — you don’t need to estimate how long the job will take, we calculate it from the size of your property. Best if you just want a normal clean of your whole home.
Priced by the number of hours you book, regardless of property size. Best if you have a fixed budget or time window, want us to focus on specific areas rather than a full clean, or have an unusual-sized space that doesn’t fit neatly into a bedroom/bathroom count.
Note: some services are fixed to one method — Airbnb Cleaning is hourly only, since turnover length varies too much by property to price by room count.
